Since New Labour came to power the number of administrators working in schools has risen 47%, while the number of teachers has risen just 8.6%.

Godfrey Bloom is sailing dangerously close to the wind. Somebody might sue him for slander/libel.
Worse, UKIP might be implicated in this. While I agree with what he says, he should be careful about how he says it.

I’m not sure, but I think he’s covered by Parliamentary privilege
